Community Support

KFFW has supported breast cancer awareness, distributed literature, and supported Domestic Violence awareness campaigns. 

In the past, we have coordinated with churches, the Capital Food Bank, and donated turkeys in support of Thanksgiving food drives.

In addition, our partnership with MNCPPC has also afforded us a chance to market the use of some of the treasured venues in PG County for events, receptions, weddings, by allowing us to feature their amenities while hosting events for the public to come celebrate and party with us, while checking out these venues and master the possibilities of hosting events of their own.

In addition to the Health and Wellness events, KFFW plays an active role in events such as the annual WHUR coat & toy drives for needy children during the Holiday season, as well as providing wellness kits at area shelters for men and women in our area.

KFFW Giving Event – Annually, we support feeding families in need during the Holiday Season. This year was no exception, except we partnered with Giant Foods, Inc. and were able to supply 15 families in need complete meals to include desserts and beverages.
